A. What Currency of payment do you accept?
We accept LibertyReserve Perfectmoney at this moment. Other forms of deposit may be introduced soon.

B. What investment products do you offer?
We offer two or more different investment products.
Varies Plan(Varies daily plan ,$25-$500,000)

C. How long does it take for my deposit to be added to my account?
Your account will be updated as fast as you deposit.

D. Since your company have the maximum limit per deposit, do you accept several such deposits on a single day?
Yes, you can make as many additional deposits as you like at any time at your convenience.
All these transactions are handled separately.

E. I have problems depositing funds. Can I transfer funds directly into your Liberty Reserve or Perfect Money account?
Yes, you can. Just make sure you have opened an account with us. After you have made a transfer, please send us a notification containing your username, E-currency account number, transaction batch number and the amount you have transferred. We will put in your deposit manually.

F. Can I make a deposit by credit card, check or wire transfer?
Yes, Please contact us for current bank detail firstly. Of course you can use any online exchange services to purchase Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money and then become our investor.

G.How long will my deposit last or when will my active deposit be expired?
As the variable rate ,we just set Final profit(200%-220%) ,That is to say ,you deposit will be expired untill your profit access the final Profit.The deposit is from 63 days to 118 days.

H.Does the profit Calculate on working days?
Yes,But the payout was done 7 days per week.

I.How long will it take after requesting withdraw?
For LR or PM withdraw ,it will take no more than 2 hours. As bankwire withdraw ,it will take 3-5 working days.

Account Problems

A. What can I do if I forgot my password?
Click Forgot Password link, type your username or email and you'll receive your account information by email.

B. May I open several accounts in your program?
No. All accounts with matching IP's or e-mail addresses will be verified first and deleted thereafter if we will not be able to check the identity of the account holder.

C. Can I deposit using an e-currency and withdraw my money in a different one?
No, it is not allowed in our system.

Interest Problems

A. Does a daily profit paid directly to my e-currency account?
No, profits are gathered on your Vorratfonds account and you can withdraw them anytime.

B. When will I start receiving the interest?
The interest will be calculated on working days.

C. Do you make interest payments 7 days a week?
Yes, we do.

D. After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my currency account?
Funds are usually available within 24 hours from the moment we receive your withdrawal request.

E. Can I withdraw my principal anytime I wish?
No, the principal can be withdraw after the end of the investment term.(Only for fixed plan).
